What we can confirm and sign
- Income confirmations for banks and mortgages – major UK lenders (including Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, Nationwide and Santander UK) accept accountant's certificates from AIA members.
- Evidence for UK Visas and Immigration – accounting records supporting applications that require proof of income and business.
- FCA statements – high net worth exemption statements under the Consumer Credit sourcebook.
- Independent examination of charity accounts with income up to £1,000,000.
- ATOL reporting for travel businesses licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority.
- Direct instruction of barristers (Licensed Access) without a solicitor as intermediary.
Recognition by individual institutions can change and the AIA updates its list regularly. Before issuing a document we confirm that your bank or authority will accept it.
