Our Scottish head office is located in Dollar, Clackmannanshire, FK14 7EQ – a picturesque historic town in the heart of Scotland, about 40 minutes' drive from Edinburgh. This is where we live and work; we also travel regularly to Motherwell, where we provide a registered office at our own address and personally look after all of your company's correspondence.
Why a Scottish address?

We are not an anonymous mailbox centre. Our partner physically lives nearby and personally receives and processes your mail. Every letter from HMRC or Companies House is in good hands.

Scottish companies (SC prefix) must have their registered office in Scotland. Our address meets this statutory requirement and allows the formation of a Scottish Ltd or Scottish LLP.
