Service Address – a public correspondence address that protects the privacy of directors and PSCs.
Every director and person with significant control (PSC) of a UK company gives Companies House two addresses: a usual residential address, which is kept off the public record, and a service address, which is shown publicly. Official correspondence for that person goes to the service address.
If you use your home address as your service address, anyone can see it on the Companies House register – and it stays visible in the company's older filings. It pays to get this right at incorporation.
Why use our service address
- Privacy – your home address does not appear on the register.
- A professional UK address for directors and PSCs.
- Mail forwarding from HMRC and Companies House by email or post.
- For directors and shareholders, combinable with the registered office at the same address.
- We file the change of address for existing companies.
