Bookkeeping, annual accounts and tax for UK Ltd and LLP companies – with every Companies House and HMRC deadline tracked.
We keep the books for UK companies whose owners run them from abroad. You send documents online; we handle the records, the year-end accounts, the tax returns and the correspondence with the authorities.

Deadlines we monitor for you
- Annual accounts at Companies House: normally 9 months after the financial year end (first accounts within 21 months of incorporation).
- Corporation Tax payment: 9 months and 1 day after the end of the accounting period.
- CT600 filing with HMRC: within 12 months of the end of the accounting period.
- VAT returns: quarterly, 1 month and 7 days after the period end.
Late filing means automatic penalties, so we remind you of every deadline in good time and request documents well ahead.
